Applications for September 2024 are now closed. There are 10 Reception places available in September 2024.
The school is full for all other year groups up to Year 10 in 2024/25. You may apply to go on our waiting lists should a place become available and you can do that here. For more information please refer to the documents and the FAQ sections on our website or send an email to admissions@thenewschool.org.uk.
The application process
Please fill in the application form here (before 31st of January 2024) and submit the completed form. Please ensure you fill in all the required information, incomplete forms cannot be accepted. Any supporting documents (if applicable) should be emailed to admissions@thenewschool.org.uk after submitting the form online.
Please ensure you submit your application before the 31st of January 2024 to be considered for a school place. Applications received after this time will be processed but will be put on a separate waiting list.
We will inform you by the 31st of March 2024 if your child has a place and we will send you a Parent/ Carer’s handbook and a school place acceptance form. Please be aware that the school office is closed from the 29th March - 15th April for the Easter holidays and you will not receive a response to queries during this time.
You have until the 30th of April 2024 to accept this offer, by returning the completed acceptance form. If the school does not hear back from you by then, the offer will be withdrawn.
Parents who are not offered a place for their child due to over-subscription may join a waiting list. We will make offers to children on the waiting list according to our over-subscription criteria if a place becomes available.
